About the Role

As a Property Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for residents and landlords, ensuring property standards are maintained while providing outstanding support. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including managing tenancy allocations, conducting inspections, handling maintenance issues, and resolving disputes effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to maximize rental income, minimize void periods, and ensure compliance with housing legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing tenancy allocations and issuing relevant paperwork
Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring timely maintenance
Addressing customer complaints, disputes, and anti-social behaviour cases
Monitoring contractor performance to meet service delivery standards
Enforcing fire safety and good housekeeping practices among residents
Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records
Maximizing rental income through arrears management
Achieving KPIs and providing outstanding serviceCandidate Requirements

The ideal Property Manager will have:

Prior experience in property or housing management
Strong knowledge of housing law and relevant legislation
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and report-writing tools
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
