Our client based in Poole has an immediate requirement for a Residential Property Maintenance Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The company offer a comprehensive range of sales, residential and holiday-lettings and property management services. They pride themselves on the quality of their portfolio and the professional way they deal with clients.

A demanding and varied role for a professional person in a fun-loving office managing the residential letting portfolio, processing new lettings and renewals, and coordinating property maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the administration of the 200-strong tenanted portfolio, processing new lettings & referencing in conjunction with the Lettings Negotiator and handling AST renewals.
- Helping with the processing of end-of-term tenancies, negotiating dilapidation claims and organising works required to re-let properties.
- Coordinating pro-active property maintenance, working with an established team of contractors.
- Assisting with mid-tenancy term inspections.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in dealing with tenancies and will be ARLA qualified, or has the desire to be. You will be required to support the office administration function including processing references, dealing with renewals and tenancy ends. Applicants will also ideally be able to deal with sales progressions and general office admin.

Applicants must have exceptional administration skills (fast and accurate), strong database skills and advanced Excel, be super organised, extremely diligent and have a friendly approach. The role requires applicants to have a full driving license.

The working hours are 09.15 am to 18.00 pm Monday to Friday, you will be required to work occasional Saturdays with a day off in-lieu. Package to include 28 days holiday including bank holidays, pension and parking provided. On target salary of £25k - £27k dependent on skills and experience.
