We are currently seeking a Maintenance Administrator to join our team in Poole and provide pivotal support to our maintenance department.

**The Role**
As a Maintenance Administrator, you will provide key day-to-day administrative support to our maintenance department.
You will arrange credit accounts and payments with the accounts department, as well as preparing job packs for engineers’ visits.
Your role will also involve:

- Processing sales orders
- Preparing invoices, quotes and monthly reports
- Booking hotels and van services
**About You**
To be considered as a Maintenance Administrator, you will need:

- Experience of working within a team as well as independently in an office environment
- Strong communication skills
- Great organisational skills and a detail-oriented, accurate approach
- Excellent numeracy and IT skills
