PA needed to support a Chief Operating Officer at a thriving business in York within the Healthcare sector on a Fixed-Term contract for around 7-9 months.

We are keen to speak with anyone who has worked within a PA, Executive Assistant or Secretarial role up to a Director level.

Supporting the COO, some of the Personal Assistant duties will be:

- PA support for the Chief Operating Officer, Group IT Director and Head of HR to discuss workload and priorities
- Manage COO diary, contacts, time management and prioritisation of meetings
- Preparation and issue of agendas, papers and minutes
- Travel and accommodation bookings
- Process expended
- Raising POs and budget tracking
- Research and preparation of letters, reports, policies, Board papers and other communication in line with meeting cycles
- Maintain top level relationship management with other directors of the Senior Executive and their PAs

This will be working Monday to Friday 9am-5m earning a salary of £30,500.
