Foh Cafe Staff

We're looking for front of house to join our busy site by Stithians lake.

This role involves:

- excellent customer service and adaptability, particularly during busy periods.
- confidence talking to a range of people in a dynamic environment, with an ability to mitigate and negotiate conflict to ensure happy customers and team members at all times.
- ability to support the team in the day-to-day running of the cafe
- producing barista standard coffee (including dialling in espresso machine, latte art, general coffee machine cleaning and maintenance).
- being responsible for ensuring cleanliness of the cafe to a high standard and encouraging other team members to do the same.
- assisting the kitchen staff when needed.
- bringing a can-do attitude that responds to challenges positively and uplifts a team during service.
- at least 1 year hospitality experience
- great communication skills
- positive can do attitude
- enjoys a busy working environment

This role will be 35 hours per week across 5 days (including weekends) or part time (7 hour shift 2/3 days per week)

Lunch break with food provided, also free hot drinks throughout the day

Working with a fun and well established team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £8.50-£10.50 per hour
