Are you an experienced Accountant or **Financial Controller** based within a commutable distance to **Mansfield**, with a desire to drive a business forwards?
Blusource are working exclusively with a professional services business who are looking for a**true business partner** who can analyse business performance and work with stakeholders across the business to improve their outputs and the role isoffered on a **4 day per week basis**.
You will review the monthly management accounts, (without having to do them as this is outsourced), so you can spend more time working with the business. You will have responsibility for all incomes and expenditure (which you will also analyse to ensure thebest value).
This is a smaller business (about 40 employees) which is very robust and long standing. It is well managed and there is a lot of scope for this role to develop in terms of responsibility and remuneration once you have proven your abilities. There is also thepotential to become a partner in the business further down the line, so an exceptional opportunity.
You will oversee two experienced Accounts Assistants and report directly into the Managing Partner of the firm.
This role is a new one where you will become an integral part of the business and work closely with, and become part of, the senior Management team.
