We scope up commercially viable projects, create marketing and testing plans, brief creatives, measure KPIs, track performance and learn. **What we are looking for**
- Someone who is passionate about using marketing to position Ocado as the UK’s best online supermarket
- Someone who is good at generating ideas and thinking innovatively
- Someone who will help ensure that Ocado’s marketing activities are firmly rooted in customer insight

**What you’ll be doing**
- The marketing stream consists of three rotations of six months in different teams across the function: digital, sales, comms and PR, CRM, social media, content, advertising, and trade marketing
- Within each rotation, you’ll be an integral part of the team, delivering whatever project or campaign they are working on
- You will work with different teams in the business (Insight, Buying, Merchandising) to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered collaboratively and effectively.
- After each rotation, we will discuss your preferences for your next placement and try to match your needs with those of the business
- During your final rotation, we will finalise what your permanent, full-time role will be

**What We Will Be Giving You**
- As part of your onboarding, you will meet your support team; this consists of your Department Coach/Mentor, Business Coach/Mentor, and HR Business Partner - they will support you with the facilitation of successful learning outcomes along with general day-to-day support and guidance
- We will be supporting your development and will be making sure during your 18 months you gain skills in complex problem solving, judgment and decision making, cognitive flexibility, and critical and customer-centric thinking while becoming an Excel expert as well as advanced skills in Google Marketing Platforms, Facebook Business Manager, and writing briefs.

**Where you’ll be working**
Our head office is in Hatfield, Hertfordshire where we expect all colleagues to be based for at least three days per week. There’s free parking on site and we’re less than 10 miles from the M25, an easy drive from North London, Watford, St Albans and Luton amongst other towns.
