**ABOUT US**

AL Marketing is an award winning creative agency, located just a short hop from the centre of London (25 minutes from Kings Cross by train), in leafy Hertfordshire. We specialise in destination marketing with retail, leisure and shopping centres being thecore of our client base.

The role sits within a small team, reporting to the Creative Director and working alongside the senior creative Artworker and a junior designer as well as working directly with the Client Services team and the Social Media team.

We are looking either for, at the higher end of the salary range someone with 2-4 years’ commercial experience, or at the lower end of the salary range, a recent graduate just starting out on their career. Someone who’s passionate, dedicated, creative, positive,friendly and keen. We’d love to find someone very creatively engaged who is interested in art, fashion, music and into digital / tech / internet culture.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:
**_GRAPHIC DESIGN/ARTWORK _**
- Creative campaigns - expressed as press ads/posters/direct mailers/flyers/pos/OOH etc - plus digital versions, web banners, digital advertising, static and animated, also social media versions, posts, tiles, videos
- Artworking campaigns to print standard or screen display standard
- Social media banners/tiles/posts related to campaign creative or as individual creatives
- Occasional logo/brand design projects, signage/direction projects
- Basic web design / mobile web design
- Occasional presentations documents and B2B prersentations

**_CONCEPTUAL/CREATIVE_**
- Coming up with and visualising OOH ad campaigns, experiential and event ideas
- Conceptual level ideas for campaigns, for events, for branding etc
- Brainstorming and idea generation within a team dynamic

**_MOTION GRAPHICS/ANIMATION/VIDEO EDITING/GOOGLE ADS/HTML_**
- DESIRABLE NOT ESSENTIAL - Ideally be able to demonstrate designing and animating both 2D and 3D motion graphics, film editing, etc.
- DESIRABLE NOT ESSENTIAL - Ideally have an understanding of storytelling, camera moves, timing and flow in animation.

**_AD HOC_**
- Occasionally assisting the Creative Director with shoot prep and post production
- Content creation for client blogs / online magazines
- Social media posts - both for the agency and for clients

**TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS**

**_Essential:_**Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator

**_Desirable: _**PremierPro (or equivalent), AfterEffects (or equivalent), video editing skills, digital animation skills, basic code (HTML/CSS), Wordpress knowledge, web design/build abilities, Powerpoint, Microsoft Office
