**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Be the first point of contact for clients, delivering friendly, efficient, and expert support
- You will be dealing with customers financial transactions and opening savings accounts on behalf of the Building Society that we look after.
- Help clients navigate their financial journey with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
- Work closely with our advisers and internal teams to ensure a seamless, personal customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and uphold regulatory standards with care and precision
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer journey and go above and beyond expectations
