CNC Miller

We’re looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join our expanding team. You’ll operate high-precision CNC milling machines to produce components that meet tight tolerances. This role is an excellent opportunity for skilled setter/operators to broaden their skills into programming.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling
- Proficiency in programming or in setting and interpreting technical drawings
- Familiarity with controls such as Hurco, Fanuc, or Mazak
- Hypermill or CAD/CAM programming experience is highly advantageous

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and optimize CNC programs
- Design and assemble jigs and fixtures
- Support operators and the broader team
- Manufacture low-volume, high-value parts
