??? Job Title: CNC Miller (HAFS & Siemens) ?? Location: Basildon ?? Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm ?? Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum ?? Role Summary Our client located in Basildon is looking to grow their existing team and are seeking a skilled CNC Miller with proven experience in Heidenhain HAFS and Siemens control systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and programming milling machines to manufacture precision component. ?? Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines using HAFS and Siemens controls Interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and job instructions Program CNC machinery efficiently and accurately Monitor production quality and ensure components meet specifications Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize workflow ?? Qualifications & Experience Proven experience as a CNC Miller with HAFS and Siemens programming skills Strong understanding of machining principles, cutting speeds, and feeds Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Familiarity with tooling selection and setup Experience working in a precision engineering environment NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) ?
