A great new job opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor/Hire Controller to join our busy team located in our client’s offices in Thurnscoe.

**What you will be doing**
- The successful applicant will be working on one of our biggest and most important customer accounts and will be tasked with building strong internal and external relationships with a view to maximising business development opportunities.- As you will be working with our wider businesses to service this key client requirements you will have excellent interpersonal skills and effectively resolve customer queries. You will also handle any escalations and customer queries.

This role is joining an established and unique multi-skilled team that operate across 7 specialist divisions of Vp Plc to ensure our customers’ expectations are fulfilled.

**What we are looking for**

Experience of working in the hire industry is prefered as is the ability to deliver a high level of customer service, an excellent phone manner and the confidence to manage customer enquiries for hire and sale transactions

GCSE level Maths and English (or equivalent)

Computer literate and competent with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

Confident with strong communication skills

Driving licence

Ability to pick up new tasks quickly, follow procedures and help other team members

To succeed in this role, you must be well organised and methodical with a high level of accuracy, with ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal colleagues.
