**What you'll be doing**

As a Social Obligations Coordinator, you will promote and raise awareness of our Priority Service Register and Additional Support Services to our customers in situations of vulnerability, who will benefit from the support we provide, using our wide network of support organisations. You will work closely with existing partners and build new partnerships to ensure the delivery of PSR support and the additional support services in order to achieve our regulatory targets.

You will also deliver administration and support services to assist our Social Obligations commitments. This will include set up, organisation & attendance at events as well as the creation of presentation & delivery of material at stakeholder sessions with customer groups, carer groups or National Support Groups, along with pulling together strategy and quality documents and building and maintaining contacts to enhance our social outputs.

The role will offer the opportunity to travel to other regions in the UK to deliver presentations, engage with stakeholders/partners, meet new / existing customers, creation of leads and build key relationships across the business, therefore a full UK driving license will be essential.

**What you’ll bring**

Strong organisational skills will be key - in order to assist in the organisation of diaries, meeting set up, engagement with key stakeholders to arrange visits, meetings/events and collation of actions and communication.

A track record of successfully building key relationships at all levels, navigating problems and offering solutions whilst creating improvement plans to continually develop the process.
