**Job overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking systems administration assistant to perform basic systems administration, offer advice and support to our employees and managers and provide Excel reports from ESR.
You need good written and verbal communication skills, polite telephone manner. You will be a team player, positively promoting co-operation and contributing to ongoing service improvements. Attention to detail is key as well as an ability to solve problems and assist users over the telephone in accessing and using self service functions of ESR and assisting with resolving smartcard issues.
**Main duties of the job**:
The postholder will support the Workforce Transformation & Data Team and their associated projects with a high quality administration service.
To provide a professional service as a first point of contact for customers.
To be an effective team member providing the team with effective and efficient administration support.
To assist the department in maintaining the effective and efficient delivery of services.
