Due to contniued growth we are seeking a Vending Machine Operative, the flexible position covers sites across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire. This role will appeal to someone who is proactive; customer focused and can work unsupervised efficiently.

The position is considered demanding, requiring you to have a good level of fitness. The ideal person will have experience in the retail industry and a proven track record of dealing with customers. As we expand our business we want our people to grow too.
- The Responsibilities _
- Become a representative of our company, we insist on attention to detail; we think quality matters in all areas of our work.
- The person will be responsible for servicing vending machines efficiently and effectively. This includes the handling, merchandising and care of the product, vehicle stocks and cash collection/recording.
- Ensuring stock rotation principles are met to ensure maximum profitability.
- Deal with low-level maintenance faults, report more technical faults promptly.
- Follow a service schedule ensuring any task is completed fully.
- Ensuring any areas of customer dissatisfaction brought to your attention are immediately reported.
- Take pride in keeping the vehicle clean, tidy and serviceable.
- Attend meetings at suitable times.
- Attend training courses when necessary.
- Work closely with the management team in all aspects of the running of the operations.
- Be presentable and professional at all times, we do insist on a positive infectious attitude with the drive to succeed.
