As the market leader in the UK Hafele prides itself on market leading customer service and a next day delivery guarantee. Realising an optimal stock profile is key to supporting our customer proposition and maintaining our position as market leader.

The HUK inventory team are responsible for managing the forecasting and replenishment of the full portfolio of products offered to the market, including customer specific stock. The proactive planning and cost effective management of inventory levels is a key component in the continued success of the business under the wider business Strategy 2021.

Responsible for an assigned group of supplier partners you will provide a first class service to internal and external customers by effectively managing the profile of your assigned product portfolio. You will be responsible for delivering and exceeding targeted service levels whilst improving stock efficiencies by working in collaboration with cross functional colleagues and supplier partners.

The development of internal and external relationships are fundamental, and for suppliers identified as strategic partners a long term planning approach will be required to agree and implement efficiency programs.

You will be required to act as an ambassador - both inside the organisation, and within the wider market raising our brand profile and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.

- Relevant experience of inventory software programs, ideally Slim4
