**Role Summary/Purpose**:
The Requisitioner/Administrator is responsible for various functions including, requisitions, logistics, accounts payable and updating databases to support order fulfillment strategies.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate operational requisition requirements of tooling centre and ensure effective interface with sourcing team to ensure timely delivery of supporting inventories;
- Tracking and maintaining purchase orders for timely delivery and updating tooling centre box databases with accurate dates of delivery and purchase order information in a timely manner.
- Reconcile accounts payable with interface of sourcing team, and receivable to minimize financial deficits in a timely manner
- Update GE ETM system with goods received and relevant test certificate information.
- Prior to requisitions being raised ensure that effective vendor research is done to best cost solution for purchasing.
- Ensure document control and management to ensure filing of certification and delivery notes are done in a timely manner. To ensure effective retrieval and compliance.
- Participate in GE EHS actions as requested. I.e Hazard Hunts, Concern reports etc.
- Be responsive to Tooling Centre workload demands and project needs by interfacing with colleagues with the department.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
Solid administration experience in a team environment.

- Strong analytical and co-ordination skills;
- Strong organizational skills w/high attention to details;

- Ability to meet all business needs and priorities to deal with e mails and requests promptly.
- Versability in tasks to meet business needs and customer support.
