Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic IT Production Coordinator to join our Operations/Digital Solutions team in Rugby. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and readiness of all production IT equipment and systems, while actively coordinating daily operational support and project setups. This includes maintaining the site asset register, managing IT-related risk, and providing essential technical support to keep our operations running efficiently and on schedule.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Support with planning, setup, and technical support for Digital Solutions (DS) Projects and day-to-day production activities, ensuring operations run efficiently and on schedule.

  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager, Senior Manager, IT Support Team, and Implementation specialists to ensure the accurate installation, maintenance, and reliable operation of computer hardware and scanners.

  • Ensure compliance with organisational standards, policies, or regulations by maintaining the site asset register in conformance with BSI standards and capturing IT related risks in the site risk register.

  • Monitor the Kodak service log and ensure all machines are captured including their status

  • Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues or escalating to IT support

  • Assist with software installations, updates with our technical support team

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in IT support, technical coordination, or a production environment.

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware installation, maintenance, and technical support processes.

  • Proven ability in problem-solving, managing technical service logs (e.g., Kodak service log), and providing effective end-user support.

  • Relevant certification or technical qualification in an IT-related field (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician).
