This is an exciting and challenging role spanning the whole business, offering a genuine opportunity to help shape the processes and systems that make the company work. Sessions is a multi-faceted business with a broad set of growth opportunities. We are looking for someone who is highly structured and personable to unlock the enormous potential of better business processes in a growing company. **What will you do?** - Co-designing and managing the key objectives and KPIs for different parts of the business - Core focus on supply chain and logistics to begin with, alongside improvements in processes for our Brand team. - Supporting management to review and set their own objectives and goals to achieve the overall business aims. - Reviewing key business processes and ensuring they are measured, reviewed, and well designed - Preparing updates for the management team and board of directors to review the high-level performance of the business. - Building improvement plans with stakeholders across the business. - Supporting the delivery of these improvement plans. **Requirements**: - 2:1 or above from a top-tier University - 3+ years’ experience in a top tier management consulting firm - Proven ability to make the complex simple and to break down loosely defined problems - Strong analytical skills - Strategic thinker able to elevate the business from the day-to-day where appropriate - Expert level of English language - Right to work in the UK **BENEFITS**_ - What Sessions can offer you_ **Hybrid Working**: **_ Working from home_** - **The majority of our Headquarters staff work from home 2 days a week, we'll provide you with the tech you need to do so if you wish to. **_Working from the office_** - **Our office in Victoria, London is a minute from the station and fitted out and decorated to encourage collaboration and creativeness.
