Then you might be the right fit for the Head of Growth. At first, you'll be expected to lead the way in developing customer growth and insights. You'll then be able to take the reins and strategise, optimise and monetise the customer journey from their firstpurchase to a life-long partnership.
For the past 2 decades my client has been designing new ways to give customers everything they need to manage and control their online space and they've become one of the leading internet technology businesses in the UK.
So what's the job?
My client value insight. And as Head of Customer Growth, you'll be responsible for developing customer insights and growth strategies. You'll act as the go-to for all things concerning customer understanding and segmentation. Your work will be important formy client to truly get under the skin of their customer base. With such knowledge my client can grow and communicate with their customers in a way that makes them want to engage more. You'll be helping drive commercial performance and customer inventory.
You will lead the way on analysis of customer data and customer research. As Head of Customer Growth it will be down to you to develop and implement both the tools and the main strategies on customer research. As a lover of data, it will be important to demonstrateboth quantitative and qualitative research as valuable, accessible and rich business insights. Your role will ensure that optimisation is improved across the entire customer journey from their first purchase and initial set up, to product engagement, proactiveretention and upselling.
What will you be doing?
- Designing and executing impactful annual and quarterly growth plans that influence revenue metrics
- Leading, nurturing and expanding an ambitious customer growth team
- Identifying and implementing creative ideas for customer growth
- Promoting an agile, collaborative way of working cross-functionally, positively influencing members of the team in order to drive performance and improve collaboration
- Partnering with the wider organisation to research and uncover key market insights and data to better segment, target, and reach potential customers
- Working closely with Sales, Product and wider Marketing team to develop and optimise campaigns and activities
- Tracking and reporting on all activities, using data to continually optimise campaign performance
