We are looking for a caring and dedicated **Level 3 Nursery Practitioner** to join our **Toddler Room** on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting the learning and care of children aged 2 to 3 years during the afternoon sessions of the nursery day.

**About the Role**
As a Toddler Room Practitioner, you will support the Room Leader with the daily running of the room and contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. You will play a key role in supporting toddlers as they develop key skills in communication, independence, and social interaction through age-appropriate activities and routines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with the smooth handover from morning to afternoon routines
- Deliver engaging activities aligned with the EYFS
- Provide warm, responsive care and promote positive behaviour
- Support toileting, hygiene, snack time, and transitions
- Carry out observations and contribute to learning journals
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safeguarding, and health and safety
- Communicate professionally with parents and carers during handovers
- Support junior staff or apprentices when needed

**What We’re Looking For**
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
- 1-2 years’ experience in early years (preferred)
- Confident in supporting routine care and learning for toddlers
- Good understanding of EYFS and child development in the 2-3 age group
- Calm, patient, and enthusiastic
- A supportive and reliable team player
