You will be working across North Somerset to provide short-term responsive, reablement focussed care & support. A driving license and access to your own vehicle are required for this role.
This is a highly flexible & reactive role which will aim to incorporate a variety of services & technology around an individual to ensure their safety and wellbeing, whilst reducing hospital admissions & allowing individuals to remain in their own home.
Throughout your role you will be liaising with a multitude of social & healthcare professionals to reach goals you have set with your clients and for yourself - you will be able to take responsibility for your own workload and build fantastic, meaningful relationships with people from all walks of life.
We are looking for calm, responsible & motivated individuals to join our team, who are able to remain vigilant in a variety of scenarios and take the relevant, safe precautions to ensure the safety of yourself and client. No prior experience is required for this role, the only conditions are that you are able and willing to learn and want to expand your knowledge in an ever-changing, interesting sector.
We are a fun, friendly and supportive team and provide 24/7 support to make sure you feel comfortable and confident whilst carrying out your role. We are always on the other end of a phone; our offices are manned 24/7 and will always assist you in any and every way we can.

For joining our family, you will receive a £1000 bonus AND on top of this you will also receive two further bonuses per year of 1 week’s average pay which is worth almost an extra £1000 per year for full time members of the team
You will also be paid for your entire shift so you know what your minimum take-home pay will be every month.
