Being a Reablement Practitioner is an incredibly rewarding job, you’ll be making a hugely positive impact on people’s lives, improving their quality of life and independence with the work that you do. You’ll be working alongside inspirational professionals throughout the Health & Social Care sector, such as Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Nursing teams, TEC practitioners and Social Workers.
Rehabilitating people who have been discharged home from hospital or from another healthcare setting involves enabling people to retain or regain their skills and confidence at a time they need it the most.
You will be spending up to 6 weeks teaching vital skills that people use to manage their day to day living tasks. These people will be striving to gain independence again following an injury or illness and will be putting their trust in you.
A full induction will be provided before you start with us to provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge needed to confidently complete your role.

For joining our family, you will receive a £1000 bonus
Two further bonuses will be given per year of 1 week’s average pay, worth almost an extra £1000 per year for full time members of the team
