Working Hours are Monday -Friday - 09:00 - 17:30

**About Us...**

Castelan is an industry leading National furniture care business who provide customer services and repair services for furniture insurance, commercial services and the furniture retailer market. Based in Weston-Super-Mare, five minutes from the town centre and with great access via car, bus, bicycle or walking.

**What will you be doing...**

Your role is to predominantly take calls from our customers as a concierge service to support the claims centre. You will assist either handle the customers reason for calling or where appropriate transfer the customer to a claims handler
- Take calls from our customers on various departments and depending on the nature of the call
- Take and make calls in relation to booking appointments for technicians to visit.
- Complete office admin duties during and between phone calls as and when required
- To undertake any other tasks as reasonably requested by the Team Manager, Head of Claims and or Director.

- Able to deal with large call volumes and to multi skill/work blend.- Excellent telephone manner.
- Possess good communication skills and have maths and English qualifications grade C or above or key skills level 1 - 2 qualifications.
- Able to work under pressure and be an excellent team worker who leads by example.
- Professional attitude towards, internal and external customers.
