Job Title: Customer Service Representative

CCL Label UK Sleeves have 2 operational sites in the UK and are part of a global organisation supplying plain and printed materials for the packaging of a variety of products primarily for the fast moving consumer goods markets.

This position will be on a temporary basis to provide maternity leave cover, initial term 12 months but with a view to becoming permanent.

**The Role**:
The role will be based at the Castleford site

You’ll work alongside our internal sales team in the Castleford office, reporting to the Customer Services Manager.

The primary functions of the role are:

- Helping customers through the ordering process
- Answering technical queries regarding artwork and gathering information to create bespoke technical sleeve specifications.
- Specifying and advising on print runs, identifying ways for customers to achieve their requirements.
- Estimating and processing quotes. Building price matrices and pricing specific print orders.
- Liaising with our despatch department to arrange transport for both UK and export customers.
- Diagnosing and investigating customer issues and processing of complaints.
- Working with our production team to problem solve bespoke orders, tight lead-times and any complex issues.

Key requirements:
Customer service: 1 year experience (preferred)
Basic knowledge of print would be an advantage but is not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £21,050.00-£22,000.00 per year
