**BASIC SALARY**: £42,000 to £50,000

**JOB DESCRIPTION**: HR Business Partner / HRBP - Manufacturer

This is a new role to the business giving you the exciting chance to make this post your own. We currently outsource all the HR functions so there will be time to get up to speed with any ongoing cases.

You will be working with the Managing Director and Finance Director in a fast paced manufacturing business, currently grossing £150 million in turnover.

Your role will be key to implementing changes and introduce a business focussed HR strategy.

Initially you will need to conduct a skill and job analysis of employees. Spot any training or skill gaps. Support line managers with appraisals and ensure best practice is adhered to.

Opening up this stand alone role to become a fully functioning HR team in the future.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: HR Business Partner / HRBP - Manufacturer

This in-house HRBP role will enable you to fully stretch all your HR capabilities, covering;
- Organisational development and talent management
- Resourcing and on-boarding
- Performance management
- Employee Relations
- HR Data collection and metrics for the business

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**:HR Business Partner / HRBP - Manufacturer

We shall require applicants to have the following skills and experience;
- CIPD level 5 upwards
- Thrives in a fast paced multi skilled workforce and can initiate positive change
- Able to demonstrate the ability to devise and lead a HR strategy, bringing the service delivery all in-house
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills - verbal and written including report writing skills
- Ideally have previous HR Management in a faced paced manufacturing or engineering setting

It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: HR Manager, HRBP, Senior HR Advisor, Lead HR Site Manager, CIPD Level 5, CIPD Level 7,
