We're seeking a strong, senior-level Finance Business Partner with a strong understanding of the full management accounts process, to join a thriving, family-run business just outside Loughborough. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside a
proven Finance Director,

commercial and operational decision-making

bridge finance and the wider business

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Partnering closely with operations, sales, and marketing to
    drive business performance
    .
  • Playing a key role in
    budgeting and forecasting
    , informing key strategic decisions.
  • Leading and developing two Assistant Management Accountants.
  • Supporting stock, margin, pricing, and labour analysis across industrial and commercial divisions.
  • Overseeing monthly
    management accounts
    with full variance and margin analysis.

What We're Looking For:

  • ACCA/CIMA qualified
    (or late-stage), ideally with a background in manufacturing.
  • A
    natural business partner
    who can challenge and influence stakeholders.
  • Advanced
    Excel
    and
    PowerPoint
    skills; SAP/BW experience a bonus.
  • Highly analytical with a sharp eye for trends, accuracy, and improvements.
  • A team player with leadership capability and strong emotional intelligence.
  • Someone who works with integrity, initiative, and energy—no micromanagement here.
