HR Business Advisor - Manufacturing/Plant Operations

This organisation are looking for a HR Business Advisor to join their People Operations team supporting multi-site operational teams in a manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR support to internal stakeholders, including line managers and colleagues across plant and production sites. You will play a key part in driving a values-led culture where individuals are empowered, trusted, and encouraged to collaborate. Your expertise will help shape a high-performance, customer-centric environment.

This position is primarily based at a site in East Leake, with regular travel to additional sites in Barrow and Robertsbridge.

**What they’re looking for**:

- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to challenge and guide stakeholders on HR procedures.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume workload and competing priorities.
- Proactive identification of risks and opportunities, providing effective HR advice and support.
- Previous HR experience within a manufacturing or plant environment.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification, or willingness to work towards it.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Delivering comprehensive HR support across all stakeholder groups.
- Building strong, collaborative relationships throughout the business.
- Managing complex employee relations cases, including in a unionised environment.
- Supporting and influencing cultural change initiatives.
- Undertaking a range of ad hoc HR tasks as needed.
