**Sales Support, £30,000, Hybrid, 12 month contract**
The Sales Support in this Media company is responsible for ensuring the successful administrative running of the sales group.
The role involves negotiation of airtime rates, booking and monitoring of schedules, client and media agency liaison, new business targeting and late sales responsibilities.
Some of the responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for the smooth administrative running of the sales group including collating airtime bookings, ensuring all campaigns are booked according to deal, reconciling bookings after the campaign period and continuous reporting to media agenciesand sales team management on the group's performance.
- Identifying new business opportunities within group's agency portfolio as well as business which does not have agency representation, compiling persuasive sales arguments and presenting these arguments to potential advertisers in person, virtually and onthe phone.
- Provide regular updates and information regarding the market, our channels and media portfolio, audience performance etc to clients and media agency buyers;
- Liaise with the digital team to ensure the maximisation of revenue across all media platforms with special emphasis on pushing on-air advertisers into the digital space.
Ideally
Previous sales experience in fast paced sales environment;
Working knowledge of systems such as Matrix, Landmark, TechEdge and Caria as well as Microsoft Office;
Some presentation skills.
