We are currently recruiting for an **Client Coordinator** to join our team in Shrewsbury. This is a full time, permanent position.

**Job Purpose**

To liaise and co-ordinate a team of dedicated engineers nationwide to complete Callouts and planned works for the energy services division. This would enrapture the work order being received, planning, scheduling the team efficiently and invoicing works. Ensuring the relevant information is audited and updated to the client, actively monitor agreed SLA and KPI’s for clients ensuring targets are met.

Main Duties
- Supporting the Contract Manager with the administration and running of allocated accounts
- Supporting clients, acting as a point of contact to obtain progress reports and discuss details relating to the works or Contract
- Updating client’s through ‘portals’, E-mails and telephone regarding the status of works
- Monitoring the progress of works and keeping the relevant clients informed.
- Efficiently scheduling the Nationwide resource within SLA and contract requirements.
- Ensuring all engineer paperwork is completed and filed correctly so that the works can be invoiced with mínimal delay and client updated.
- Monitoring agreed SLA’s and KPI’s relevant to each client, ensuring targets are met.
- Raising work requests on in-house systems, gathering relevant information pertaining to the works to identify the skills sets required for the works to be completed.
- Raising and requesting uplifts in line with the agreed budgets for works that are required to go beyond client contractual limits
- Delivering a high level of customer service, communicating with both internal and external customers
- General administrative duties as and when required.
- Commercial awareness and management of resource and Parts with full accountability These are illustrative duties.

The post holder will be expected to become involved in a range of work within the company as the needs of the business grow.

**Salary**: £23,796.00 per year
