**What's a Field Coordinator?**:
Like everyone in the Radfield team, our Field Coordinators are roll-your-sleeves-up, supportive, positive, honest, warm and committed kind of people.

You’ll be taking responsibility for the day-to-day scheduling and supervision of care services for our clients in the Camberley, Farnborough & Fleet area. You’ll be visiting clients to review and assess the work of our care professionals and you’ll be providing feedback for training and development. You’ll be supervising, supporting and guiding a team of carers on a daily basis. You will assist with the scheduling of visits to ensure staff rotas are sent on time. This role will be split between the office and the community.

**What type of person are we looking for?**:
You’re someone who loves working with people and helping their development, outcomes-focused and always looking for ways to enhance quality of care, while working in an environment that’s busy and fluid. You’ll need to have some previous experience providing personal care, working for a home care agency at Senior Carer or Supervisory level. **You’ll also need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.**

We’d also love to hear from you if you’ve got previous care experience in roles such as senior caregiver, senior care worker, senior support worker, healthcare assistant, senior home care assistant, senior carer, care coordinator, field care supervisor and senior care home worker.
