We require a talented lettings lister/negotiator who has the skills to find and win new business to boost up our current letting department.

**Duties: let properties - hit targets and most importantly keep up stock levels.**

The lettings Lister/negotiator role will involve building, developing and running the lettings department initially beginning on their own and then proceeding to build their own team.

**This growing role involves**:

- 100% new business focused role, confidence to source new business and keep stock levels up
- Carrying out Market Appraisals and converting them into new instructions
- Cold calling/canvassing and Self-generating your own leads, devising communication strategies, identifying new opportunities and responding to ensure new business is generated regularly.
- Keeping a close eye on the local market and competitor activity, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities.
- Managing Landlord relationships throughout the valuation, marketing and letting process
- Establish a large market share within the local area

**Skills required**:

- Confident and able to win new business regularly
- Be target driven, work independently and be highly self-motivated
- Highly organised, well-presented and confident
- Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- A keen eye for detail and the willingness to go the extra mile
- Long term commitment and looking to grow with the company
- A Full UK clean driving license and own car is required.

**Package offered**:

- £25,000 - £30,000 basic dependent on skills and experience
- £50,000 - £60,000 + Potential OTE
- Car allowance

- Uncapped Commission Structure
- Bonuses
- Progression to higher level and package review/increase in 12 months dependent on performance and revenue made for the company

Salary potential with commission: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
