**THE JOB**:
The Warehouse Coordinator will assist with the deployment of courier's, & daily warehouse procedures. Responsible for following and completing all warehouse checklist before task is closed. Responsible for on-campus and event details. Responsible for performing daily warehouse safety checks. Responsible for completing warehouse vehicle inspections before and after use.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience using Apple or Android products e.g. iPhone, MacBook, ThinkPad
- Proficient in Microsoft suites, Google suites
- Previous experience with Asana
- Displays general knowledge of department operations and procedures and some knowledge of relationship with other departments and their systems.
- Assigning details to warehouse per location via warehouse schedule & route map and updating employees.
- Deploying comms to point of contact/team project manager
- Confirming details e.g. date, time, location
- Assigning routes to courier
- Creating secure threads between couriers and coordinators
- Deploying couriers for daily routes e.g. am/pm routed
- Verifying all actions have been completed & tasks updated according to warehouse procedures
- Assist with implementation of new/updated warehouse procedures
- Demonstrates ability to utilize specialized and/ or more advanced software.
- Uses judgment to determine most efficient order of activities to achieve established objectives and assigned deadlines.
- Forklift experience
- Pallet jack/ Electric pallet jack experience
- Experience driving a box truck and sprinter van
- Must be able to work in fast pace environment
- Must be able to work with little to no supervision
- Proficient in verbal & communication skills
- This is an on-site position.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- Ability to multitask
