We are currently looking for an experienced, organised and proactive Warehouse Shift Coordinator to join our distribution/warehouse team on a full-time basis.

**The Role**:
You will be joining Lenstore as a Warehouse Shift Coordinator; a critical position in the Operations Team. You will be working in a medium/large warehouse. The major part of your role will be supporting the Fulfilment Manager in tracking individual and team performance, ensuring that cut-off numbers are met, the team work efficiently and all parcels are shipping in a timely manner. However, as part of a growing business, you must be diligent and flexible in all tasks assigned.

**Working hours**:
5 Days a Week on Rotation including Weekends

**Hours: 3.30 pm - 0.00 am**

**Location**:
A short walk from Wimbledon Park tube (District Line) SW19 8ED

**The Application Process**:
**Day-to-day your role will involve**:

- Supporting the Fulfilment Manager in tracking individual and team performance
- Supervise, assist and support the Team according to the Fulfilment Manager's requirements
- Ensure that cut-off numbers are met
- Ensure that all parcels are stored correctly
- Ensure all shipping manifests are processed in a timely manner
- Maintain the warehouse and the packing areas clean and tidy
- Other ad hoc duties

We are looking for an organised, hard-working and friendly Warehouse Shift Coordinator with 1-2 years of proven experience in supervising a Team in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of proven experience in supervising a Team
- Excellent punctuality
- Strong personal organizational skills
- English Language ( Conversational Level)
- Experienced computer and internet user
- Willingness to help with all aspects of the business
