What are we looking for?

We are looking for an effective Warehouse Logistics coordinator to direct receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing, and dispatch of a wide variety of products. You will be responsible for helping the manager lead a team of up to 5 warehouse attendants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
- Prepare annual budget - I dont think this is needed
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies
- Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately, and appraise results
- Coach, and motivate employees only coach and motivate. Dont need recruit, select or orient.
- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
- Be hands on in the warehouse with the team to get the tasks done
- Need to be on road some days to deliver goods to customers

**Requirements and skills**
- **Spanish (Desirable) and English speaker (Essential)**
- Previous work experience in stock management & warehouse tasks.
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Driving Licence is a must. Van driving experience in London is not essential but advantageous
- Experience in working with google apps (sheets, slack, meet). Desirable not essential.
