We are working in partnership with a luxury brand based in Shirley who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their supportive and expanding team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passionfor customer service to join a fantastic team of people.

The working hours are 08.30-5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator include**:

- To input and process customer orders on to internal system
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Provide administration support to sales department
- Draft, format, and print relevant documents
- Enter order information on reports
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident in using Microsoft packages including Excel
- High attention to detail
