Head of Delivery

**What you'll be doing**:
As the Head of Delivery for Labyrinth Screening, you will report to the General Manager and be responsible for all aspects of Professional Services and Software Delivery. You will have a track record in software delivery, having run and grown a professional services function for SaaS and/or on-premise software products. You will have accountability for all aspects of professional services including rate management, margins, profitability, demand forecasting, capacity planning and prioritisation.
You will work closely with a team of 4 Project Managers as well as internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes, building strong relationships with our Customer and Partner community and acting as an escalation point across customer deliveries.
**Key tasks**:

- Manage resourcing across the Labyrinth Screening Delivery portfolio including Demand Forecasting, Capacity Management and Prioritisation
- Responsible for the commercial success of our professional services and customer deliveries
- Establish strong professional relationships with Customer and Partner stakeholders, acting as an escalation point across customer deliveries
- Line management responsibility for a team of Delivery Managers including day-to-day tasking, performance management and professional development
- Responsibility for the quality of Delivery services to internal and external customers
- Build and scale our global service approach including the tools, processes and people to deliver an effective and efficient delivery process
- Build the frameworks and processes to support the growth of Professional Services within Ripjar in-line with our company objectives
- Manage the release process alongside Product and Engineering for scheduled releases across our customer base
- Enable support to business development activities such as Pilots, Proof of Concepts, RFI and RFP responses
- Build Professional Services catalog strategic vision, identifying and develop new service offerings aligned to Ripjar’s product and our go to market strategy

**Requirements**:

- You will have had extensive experience managing and leading a professional services organisation in software services
- A proven track record in consulting, services sales, services management, or similar roles in the software/technology industry.
- Ability to effectively communicate between technical and non-technical domains, and to quickly pick up new technical concepts.
- Customer and Stakeholder Management
- Experience in managing technical, cross-functional professional services teams (e.g. implementation, engineering, project management) and delivery partners
- Ability to take a continuous approach to planning, forecasting, estimating and managing uncertainty
- Experience delivering on-premises and SaaS solutions to customers

**Salary**: £90,000.00-£110,000.00 per year
