The role
We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Receptionist to join the team. As Spa Receptionist your duties will include welcoming both hotel guests, spa day guest and members to the spa, making spa bookings, upselling treatments and spa products, show rounds for potential members and general day to day spa reception duties.
- You will have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for excellent service. Knowledge of spa reservations systems would be a distinct advantage, although not essential as full training will be given.
