Salon Receptionist

Nail Lounge & Spa is looking for a confident, organised, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a **full-time receptionist** at our busy salon in Brighton.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming and greeting clients with a warm and professional attitude.
- Managing bookings via our online booking system.
- Supporting the salon team to stay organised, on schedule, and well-coordinated.
- Taking initiative and helping manage day-to-day salon operations.
- Monitoring stock levels and preparing order lists.
- Handling payments, end-of-day reports, and client accounts.
- Ensuring the salon is clean, tidy, and well-presented throughout the day.
- Assisting with closing procedures and deep cleaning at the end of the shift.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally within the beauty or hospitality industry.
- Organised, proactive, and reliable.
- Smart and professional appearance.
- Ability to work weekends as part of the rota.

**This is a full-time position with the potential to progress into a management role.**
