We are looking for the right individual to work for our company to follow our company charter to support and assist our customers. ‘You can’t get a new customer everyday so you have to look after the one’s you’ve got’.

**Job description**

At B & H Motors customer satisfaction is our priority. You will be responsible for providing a proactive service between customers and the workshop team. You will be the main point of contact for customers requiring servicing or repair to their vehicles and will be expected to deliver excellent customer service at all times. This is an excellent opportunity to advance within a leading dealer environment and growing franchise.

**The main responsibilities include**

Greeting customers and scheduling services and repairs

Identifying customer concerns and needs and liaising with the workshop team

Manage all relevant administration of customer vehicles

Explain all works undertaken ensuring customers have a full and clear understanding and authorisation of any works carried out

Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times

Manage relevant computer systems and usage of dealer management systems

Understand and follow brand service requirements

It would be advantageous for applicants to have a background in customer service but not essential.

**Hours**

Monday to Friday 8am - 5:00pm

**Salary**

Competitive salary, above minimum wage applicable to age group and experience

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
