**Customer Service Advisor - Full Time - **Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning**

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor. Reporting to the Service Manager and working closely with the Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for managing the customer and their vehicle during their visit and provide high quality and efficient service whilst maximising efficiency and profitability of the service department.

We need someone who is quick thinking and able to work under pressure. You will be driven, focused and possess exceptional organisational, IT and administration skills, with the ability to achieve daily targets. You will also be trained in the workshop controller role in order that you can cover this position for holidays and sickness.

**Key Tasks**
- Assist customers with arranging vehicle servicing appointments
- Manage courtesy car bookings
- Ensure the customer database is updated and accurate based on service activity
- Contribute to a department marketing strategy to promote all products and services
- Plan ahead and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved
- Greet customers and visitors promptly, courteously and professionally
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers and external representatives
- Maximise service department profitability through the use of professional sales techniques
- Maximising customer awareness of all available workshop services
