As a **Customer Service Advisor**in our** Data Services**team, you will:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to obtain meter readings and book customer appointments.
- Manage and coordinate customer appointments by liaising with different internal departments.
- Provide outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve queries.
- Deliver a seamless customer experience while maintaining high service standards.
- Support other departments as required to meet the needs of the contact centre.

**What We’re Looking For**
- GCSE-level education (including English and Maths) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- A team player with the ability to work independently.
- Customer service experience (face-to-face or over the phone).
- Previous experience in a contact centre environment, especially within the utilities industry.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing business needs.

**This is a temporary 6 month contract position, with the potential to be extended after a review towards the end of the fixed term contract.
