**Technical Customer Service Advisor - £22,000 to £24,000 + bonuses - Monday to Friday - Wigan - Immediate Starts**

**Role**:Technical Customer Service Advisor

**Location**:Wigan (WN6)

**Salary**: £22,000 - £24,000 + two Bonuses throughout the year

**Hours**:Monday to Friday - standard office hours

**Role of Technical Customer Service Advisor**:

- Liaising with contractors and distributors etc
- Dealing with every enquiry in a time manner ensuring the highest level of customer service
- Referring to guides and technical material when helping customers
- Working across numerous databases ensuring 100% accuracy when entering information
- Working in a fast paced environment and adhering to targets
