**Position Overview**: As a Solar Appointment Booking Specialist at Shine Solar, you'll play a crucial role in scheduling appointments with homeowners interested in solar energy solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage in meaningful conversations with customers, understanding their needs, and scheduling appointments with Solar Sales Executives.
- Stick to Shine Solar's scripts and guidelines to ensure effective communication with potential customers.
- Identify the needs of homeowners and provide them with tailored solar energy solutions.
- Monitor sales processes and provide regular updates on outstanding installations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Handle inbound leads with care and attention, ensuring accurate and professional information is captured.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in booking appointments for home improvement companies like solar, insulation, etc.
- Ability to effectively persuade and influence others.
- Previous experience in a customer facing capacity is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
