**Junior Paraplanner/Senior Administrator - IFA Firm - Boutique Business based in Maidstone (Kent) - Up to £35k basic salary plus full study support**
Are you an IFA Administrator looking to step up to be a Junior Paraplanner or are you already conducting some basic technical work? Does a high functioning boutique business locally sound appealing?
My client is a wealth planning practice that has been operating for over 15+ years. They operate on a whole of market basis and have an excellent reputation providing very solid financial advice to HNW & UHNW clients. My client has a team of Advisers who servicethe needs of local families and retirees on whole of market advice: The advisers are supported by a pooled environment of qualified administrators and Paraplanners. The company has a very forward thinking and dynamic approach to their staff development withan award-winning training and mentorship programme. Staff are regularly enrolled on workshops to enhance their technical knowledge and are given full study support towards gaining Chartered Status.

**You will be working in a team of 7 staff and you will be working directly with the Senior Paraplanner. Once they have passed their final exams they will step into an advisory role and you will have the option to step into the fully fledged paraplannerrole.**

Due to an increase in incoming business and their current clients requiring more regular reviews, a vacancy has come available for a Junior Paraplanner. You will be taking on a hybrid role of paraplanning and some administration. You will be drafting suitabilityreports for the advisers and then doing all follow up administration post-client reviews.
The role will be office based during your induction but then after your probation ( 6 months) you will be offered the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week. If you are sitting any exams then my client will support you with your studies but what qualificationsyou have is not a deal breaker, experience rather than exams is more important. My client are looking to offer circa £30k - £35k - basic salary with a full package of study support.
