My client is a wealth planning practice that has been operating for over 15+ years. They operate on a whole of market basis and have an excellent reputation providing very solid financial advice to HNW & UHNW clients. My client has a team of Advisers who servicethe needs of local families and retirees on whole of market advice: The advisers are supported by a pooled environment of qualified administrators and Paraplanners. The company has a very forward thinking and dynamic approach to their staff development withan award-winning training and mentorship programme. Staff are regularly enrolled on workshops to enhance their technical knowledge and are given full study support towards gaining Chartered Status. The firm's business mix covers:

- Pensions & Investments
- Retirement planning
- Cashflow modelling and forecasting
- Personal & Business Insurance
- Venture Capital Trusts /Enterprise Investment Schemes
- Inheritance Tax Planning
- Powers of Attorney, Wills & Trusts

Due to an increase in incoming business and their current clients requiring more regular reviews, a vacancy has come available for a Junior Paraplanner. You will be supporting 1 Adviser and 1 Senior Paraplanner. The Paraplanner will be stepping up to bean Adviser in the next 18 months or so and the expectation is that you will step up into their role. So there is GUARANTEED CAREER PROGRESSION.
You will be taking on a hybrid role of paraplanning and some administration. You will be drafting suitability reports for the advisers and then doing all follow up administration post-client reviews. The role will be office based during your induction but thenafter your probation (6 months) you will be offered the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week. The office has free parking as well.
If you are sitting any exams then my client will support you with your studies. My client are looking to offer circa £30k - £35k - basic salary with a full package of study support.
