**Financial Planning Assistant / Junior Paraplanner - IFA Firm with HNW clients - £30k - £35k**
My client is a boutique wealth planning practice based in Maidstone who have been operating for 10+ years. They have an excellent reputation providing very solid financial advice to private clients who are City professionals, families, business owners retireesand accumulators.

This business has backing from a wider accounting/legal firm who support them in a smooth and effective delivery of advice to their clients. Due to an increase in incoming business and their current clients requiring more regular reviews, a vacancy has comeavailable for a Financial Planning Assistant/Junior Paraplanner.
- Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, Protections etc.
- End to end administration on whole of market advice
- Greeting clients ahead of their meetings with Advisers
- Writing Letter of Authority and Valuation
- Scheduling client reviews and managing Advisers’ diaries
- Preparing documentation for any client reviews/meetings
- Drafting basic suitability reports
The role will be office based with some WFH options after probation. If you are sitting any exams towards your level 4 diploma, then my client will support you with your studies. My client places a lot of emphasis on staff wellbeing and team rapport and regularlyenjoy company socials and trips away as well as supporting. Cultural fit will be very important to my client.
My client are looking to offer circa £30k - £35k basic salary. If a supportive environment where all the staff actively help each other and want to gain the most out of their work is appealing to you whilst also having some fun along the way then this rolewill be perfect for you.
