Newly PE acquired Engineering Group in North Kent is recruiting FP&A Manager to shape commercial reporting under new ownership.

  • Lead all financial planning, analysis and reporting activities across the group.
  • Analyse consolidated business performance results and prepare executive/investor reporting pack.
  • Produce dependable short and long-term forecasts.
  • Implement software/data solutions for real-time reports and insight.
  • Manage annual budget and financial input into operating plan.
  • Model projections for business development.
  • Guide senior leadership and support strategic presentations to investors.

This person will take ownership of building high quality FP&A reporting to senior and external stakeholders, in this heavily invested and scaling mid-size group.

Mostly site-based given the new set up. £75-80k salary + package.
