**About the team**:
**Our Commercial Technical Sales Team works very closely with our internal product and design teams to provide end to end support for our customers with Public Health and Building Services requirements. Their role is to meticulously understand the heating and hot water needs of our existing and intended customer base, alongwith the products that Baxi has to enable them to meet the specification requirements of their property, ensuring they are compliant with current and pending legislative and regulatory requirements.**

**As Head of Public Health you’ll define and implement a strategy to enhance the customer experience and provide a competitive advantage within Commercial HVAC.**

**About the role**:
**As the Head of Public Health, you will be instrumental in defining the product development roadmap for Andrews Water Heaters and the commercial element of Heatrae Sadia along with all Air Source Heat Pump products; with a key emphasis on helping to identifying new opportunities across all sectors and future trends from technical performance criteria across all product platforms.**

**This role will work with the Commercial Sales Director to implement the UK & Ireland strategy within your specific business unit area to deliver the budget.**

**On a daily basis you’ll be responsible for**:
**Working closely with the Commercial Sales Director, Heads of Building Services and Key Accounts throughout the month to evaluate the success of project conversion, communication across the teams and information flow**

**Supporting and coach the individual team through regular 1-2-1 sessions**

**Delivering the budget and working with fellow peers to deliver the UK & Ireland P+L monthly, quarterly and annually**

**Working with the Commercial Sales Directors and Head of Building Services to set the strategy and direction for growth and lead generation**

**Identifying new opportunities for utilising existing brands for further acquisition and company growth into new sectors within the HVAC sector**

**Forecasting demand and identifying trends -By having close relationships with key customers and decision-makers and feedback from the building services team**

**About you**

**Have a proven track record of delivering lead generation and sales across multiple**

**channels and multiple market segments**

**Be highly numerate, ability to turn data into information and action**

**Have experience of defining specific KPI’s and implementing reporting structure to measure the performance of the Building Services Sales Managers**

**Experience in dealing directly with 3rd party manufacturers and suppliers providing traded goods to the group, as well as a good understanding of our internal manufacturing processes and capabilities across the group**

**Knowledge/understanding and ownership of government framework agreements (NHS, MOJ, DOD)**
