The Role
GFW Ltd. supplies furniture to some of the most prominent retail brands in the UK. It is a dynamic business using some of the most sophisticated systems in the sector.
The company drives its business through the analysis and use of data; therefore, this role requires excellent attention to detail, accuracy and appetite to work within the Sage 200 ERP system.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Raising purchase orders
- Checking Supplier shipping documents
- Purchase order checking and updating (with landed costs)
- Preparing delivery schedule and paperwork for the warehouse
- General administration duties within (but not limited to) the Supply Chain Department
- Customer stock reporting and allocations
- Ensuring Sage 200 is accurately maintained
- New product setup on GFW business platforms
**KEY RELATIONSHIPS**
- Internal colleagues
- Suppliers
- Occasional customer interaction
- Freight forwarders
**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Educated GCSE level
- Good all-round IT skills including MS Office
- Experience with ERP systems (Sage 200) desirable although not essential
- Good Organisational ability
- Pays attention to detail - essential
- Numerate and literate

**HOURS OF WORK**
- 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £24,420.00 per year
